

Ability to proficiently use a personal computer for tasks such as email and preparing reports using software.Availability onsite to confer with staff members with whom the incumbent must interact on a daily basis.Ability to concentrate and think strategically.Ability to interact with employees of all levels and clients in an appropriate manner.Ability to work shifts exceeding 8 hours, 5 days per week.


Routinely proofreads, revises and edits claim materials for accuracy, thoroughness and appropriateness.Resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries.Utilizes the Claim System for inquiries and letter generation.Assist in bill payment process, and data entry task and documentation production.Document claim updates in the claim database ensuring accuracy.Assist with electronic mail, filing, and general office duties relating to insurance claims.This individual will compile, organizes and analyzes claim information for inclusion in reports and client packages. The Claims Assistant will provide professional administrative support to the Integrated Claims teams and claimants.
